How does the design of an interior space impact its inhabitants? How does it affect our interactions? What does the future hold? This informal discussion touches on these issues and key elements of design in both commercial and residential applications. Current trends, including Green Building design, and the evolution of interior design over the past decade reveal a greater understanding of how we approach interior space and design. This ArtSpeak lecture was a part of AIA’s Walk the Walk initiative in cooperation with AVA (Association for Visual Arts).
